Termination of an existing agreement

I authorize Sumi Oy to terminate, on my behalf, any other agreements concerning the transfer of producer responsibility for packaging. I understand that the change of the producer organization for packaging must be made by terminating the current agreement in writing no later than June 30, so that the change will take effect from the following calendar year.

Sumi Oy must have information on the basis on which the Combined Agreement has been signed on behalf of the Producers who have joined it.

Basis for the combined agreement*

Group basis. The company/entity signing the agreement has control over the affiliated Producer in accordance with the Accounting Act (e.g., parent company–subsidiary relationship).

Head office/chain/franchisor basis. Head office, chain organization, or franchisor: The organization signing the agreement has a contractual relationship with the Producer (e.g., chain agreement) or a separate written authorization on the basis of which it can enter into a Combined Agreement on behalf of the Producer.
